Refund Policy
At RedPay, we understand the importance of providing our customers with a seamless and secure payment experience. That's why we've established the following refund and chargeback policies to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their transactions.
Refund Policy:
In the event of a wrong transfer, RedPay will take immediate action to resolve the issue and work with our partner providers to effect a refund as soon as possible. Please note that the terms and conditions set by our partner providers (such as mobile money and digital wallet institutions) will apply and may affect the processing time for the refund. Unfortunately, RedPay cannot cancel transfer instructions or issue refunds for disputes between a subscriber and a designated payee.
Chargeback Policy:
If a customer is not satisfied with a transaction, RedPay will conduct a thorough investigation and apply our refund policy if a refund is due. In cases where the complaint involves a chargeback, the customer will be advised to contact their bank for further assistance, as most banks have their own policies in place to address chargeback disputes.
